At UGG Since 1974, we take pride in our handcrafted Australian-made products and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your boots are in original condition with all tags attached and have not been worn outdoors or show signs of wear.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original box and send them to our Gold Coast workshop using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received and inspected by our craftsmen, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
